My way to train you and your dog is based on the Tellington TTOUCH Method and 30 years of experience working with and for people and animals
So, how can you become an educated dog carer?
In my opinion, educated dog carers are good dog carer giver!
I like to educate you and your dog!
My guiding principle
- What ever you like to do with your dog ask yourself:
- Is it safe for me to do it? Is it safe for the dog to do it? Is it safe for everybody/the environment around us to do this with the dog?
- If there is one maybe or no the don’t do it or find a solution!
If you have a maybe or a no, it doesn’t mean you can’t do it. It just means you need to find a solution, another way that will bring you back to a feeling of safety. We create situations, so that EVERYONE can feel safe. When this trust is there, shared learning, living, and joy are achievable.
Give your dog more time to rest and fill the rest of the time with quality for both of you. Do less but with more quality!
Taking time to build trust is the foundation of everything!
AND PAUSE!
