Relax your shoulders with every exhalation! Let your everyday stress and the burden on your shoulders go down your back with every exhalation and disappear! You should NEVER experience pain during a physical exercise that should bring you relaxation! When you come out of a meditation / relaxation / exercise and you have closed your eyes you can do the following to get back into this world more gently: – Rub your palms together – Place your closed and slightly arched hands over your closed eyes – Open your eyes slowly – When you’re ready, spread your fingers and let life in Take care of you and relax!
